Refund Policy

In the event that any payment is to be refunded Galaxy Private Hire will make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48hrs of the refund request. If for any reason the payment cannot be made back to the originating card for reasons outside Galaxy Private Hire control a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder ONLY.
